When I was a little girl my Mum was obsessed with a radio advert about a tiny little estate agent. One day on the way to school the advert came on the radio and Mum squealed with giggles as I finally got to listen to hear about a little boy Richard Greener who was desperate to be the world’s biggest and best fireman when he grew up. Sadly he never grew up and at 5 foot 6 was too small to join the brigade. He did however come to be the biggest and best estate agent in town! From then on we would both listen intently to see what “little Richard Greener” was up to next.
A few years later I was asked by a family friend if I was interested in a temporary work covering maternity leave for the letting agency she worked for. When I told my Mum I got the job with Richard Greener the first thing she asked was “ Is he really that small”?
Five years later I’m still here now as the Senior Property Manager and I’m much taller than Richard Greener. My Mum even got to meet him, which made her very happy!
Since joining the team I’ve hosted viewings, inspected properties, managed repairs, carried out valuations and rental reviews, as well as making sure our client’s properties are up-to-date with their gas and electrical safety checks and everything in between, so I’m now experienced in every aspect of property management.
Outside of work, you can usually find me on the netball court having played several times a week since I could walk. Having represented Northamptonshire County as well as a Premier team, I now help run the local leagues and captain teams as well as being a Level 2 coach and B Award umpire.
My other passion is the Theatre and I recently joined Northampton Musical Theatre Company and jump at any opportunity to get on stage and perform. Sometimes my lucky colleagues even get an in-house performance!
And I finally have a boyfriend!
